I just realized that mother's day is coming up..It is always hard to pick up a gift for mom. Because I don't want to get her the same type of stuff all the time and I don't want to get her something she's going to exchange. So it's a bit tricky:)
Last year, I got her a Coach bag, she loved it.
This year, I want to get her something different. This year, I feel like I need to be more creative.

I first checked out Macy's. That's my mom's favorite store. She's been shopping there for years...
The first item that got my attention on Macy's website was the Euphoria parfume gift set by Calvin Klein. I had its tester once, I got compliments on it. My mom likes to try out new fragrances. This fragrance is very elegant. It has notes feature kumquat, dewy green accord, pomegranate, orchid blossom, lotus blossom, pink peony, blond wood, white amber and frosted sheer musk. Macy's is running a special right now, they're giving a free orchid Plant with any purchase of Euphoria Calvin Klein.
So flower and a gift, could be a nice combination.
My mom is picky when it comes to clothing. One of her favorite brand is Ralph Lauren. I found this nice cardigan on Macy's website in a nautical inspired design in white and navy colors. It is $169. Pretty good deal for Ralph Lauren.
Another brand she likes is Michael Kors. I found this nice watch by Michael Kors. It looks modern yet elegant. It is a tortoise acrylic and silvertone mixed metal bracelet. It is water resistant up to 50 meters. They offer a 2-year limited warranty. Right now, it is $200. I think this would be a nice gift. Something she can use for a long time.
